Nagin always good for comic relief

Well, Ray Ray's merits have been contested over the years, but he's always good for a laugh or two. Last night during his briefing on TV, he was asked if he would call Gustav "the mother of all storms" again, and he said maybe he would call it the "ugly sister." He also said, "And to the Republicans, we're sorry to rain on your little party," and then he welcomed them to have a REAL party in New Orleans next week.
