  •  1teaspoonvanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Make the Whoopies: Position a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
